摘  要:车轮踏面外形决定轮轨接触几何关系,对行车安全具有重要意义。某动车组在部分线路运营时车体出现明显的横向晃动现象,通过分析该动车组的实测数据,发现转向架受到线路激扰时横向振动未能及时收敛是导致这一现象的原因。在LMA踏面基础上通过提高等效锥度的方法设计了新踏面外形,计算分析了新型面的可行性,最后通过实测数据验证了新踏面外形能使转向架和车体横向振动幅值下降,列车运行平稳性和旅客乘坐舒适度明显改善。Wheel tread profile determines the wheel/rail geometry contact, and it plays an important role in the traffic safety. A type of EMU body appeared obviously lateral vibration phenomenon when running in some lines. By analyzing the measured data of the EMU, it was found that the cause of this phenomenon is the lateral vibration of the bogie failed to convergence timely when the bogie disturbed by tracks. Based on the LMA wheel tread profile, a new wheel tread profile with bigger wheel/rail equivalent conicity was designed. The feasibility was calculated about this new profile. Finally, through analyzing the measured data, it was verified that by using the new profile for this EMU, the lateral vibration amplitude can be decreased, and the running smooth and ride comfort can be imoroved.
