摘　　要：考察家族企业的管理方式与企业文化的各种现象,比较家族文化在泉州、台湾家族企业中的表现形态,探讨家族企业的发展与家族文化的深层关系,研究家族文化在当代的发展规律,探索、展望泉、台两地家族企业的振兴之路。The modernity transformation of Chinese prose highlights the core problem of ＂politics of translation＂.The prose translation has effects upon the modernity transformation of Chinese prose with a view to the difference of translation discourse. First, attention to translator＇s discourse pattern; second, ＂the theoretical journey＂ of translation prose being restricted by the definite historical context, which leads to the inevitable phenomenon, such as misrepresentation,interpolation and misappropriate; third ,from the domesticating translation strategy, probing into the different context of domestic and foreign is composed to the key factor to modernity transformation of Chinese modernity prose;and at last,attention to the dissension and independence of prose families. The prose style indicates the relationship between competition and supplement, which contributes to the history of Chinese modern prose.
