摘　　要：在高校外语专业人才培养模式的构建过程中,其构成的方法要素尤为重要,包括重新构建教学目标、重新定位师生关系、拓宽外语专业口径、优化教学内容、改进教学手段、优化教学方法等。对高校外语专业人才培养模式方法要素进行分析,有利于构建合理的人才培养模式。In the constructing process of training mode in college foreign language majors,the method element is very important.It includes：reconstructing teaching purpose,resetting the relationship between teachers and students,widening specification of foreign majors,optimizing teaching content,improving teaching aids and optimizing teaching method,etc.Analyzing the method element of training mode in college foreign language majors is useful to establish the reasonable training mode of talents.
