摘　　要：高等教育评估是高等教育质量监控的必要手段,旨在提高办学水平、改善教育质量.基于学生就读经验及其投入度对高校质量的有力审视,在当前"中国大学生学习性投入调查"问卷(NSSE-China)基础上,融入体育院校技术专项类人才培养活动特点、教学要求特殊性和新版NSSE修订题项,编制形成了有效反映体育院校技术专项人才培养质量的调查工具.以北京体育大学为个案,通过其与同层次体育院校在5项学习性投入指标和学生收获自评报告数据的比较,深入反思了北京体育大学在奠定学生学业基础、课程设计和校园文化方面的建设现状,从而提出完善当前教育教学工作的对策.As one of the necessary means to monitor the quality of higher education,higher education evaluation aims to improve the level and quality of schools.Viewing from students’ learning experience and involvement,this study,based on the Chinese version of NSSE（National Survey of Student Engagement）,first designs a survey instrument reflecting the quality of talent cultivation of specialized students in sports colleges,into which activity characteristics and particular teaching requirements of special talents training are integrated.Then the paper compares Beijing Sports University with its parallels on the five benchmarks and students’ self-reported gains.In the end,it deeply rethinks the status of establishing academic foundation,designing curriculum and constructing campus culture in Beijing Sports University,and puts forward countermeasures to promote teaching effectively.
