摘　　要：军事战略方针是指导国防和军队建设的基本依据。新中国成立以来，我军军事战略方针经历了多次调整和发展，以其为指导的军事斗争和军事斗争准备有效地捍卫了国家主权、领土完整和国家利益，为我国社会主义现代化建设提供了可靠的安全保障。回顾新中国军事战略方针调整与发展的历史，能够给予我们深刻的启示。The military strategy policy is the basis that guides national defense and troops to construct. Chinese military strategy policy experienced many adjustments and development and took it as a directive military to availably defended national sovereignty territorial integrity and national interest, it also provided a dependable safety to guarantee Chinese country socialism since new China was established. The review of this period military strategy policy adjustment and development can give us deep enlightenments nowadays.
