摘 要:以川荞2号为材料,研究了施氮量对苦荞麦生长发育、产量及品质的影响。结果表明:施氮可促进苦荞麦植株的生长发育,地上部显著增加植株的高度、茎粗和分枝数,地下部可使主根增长、一级侧根数增多,根体积和根粗增大,均以施肥N40 kg/hm2处理最高,显著高于不施氮对照。单株粒数、粒重、千粒重和产量均随施氮量的增加呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,以施N80 kg/hm2处理最高,产量为2 008.5 kg/hm2,显著高于对照和施肥N120 kg/hm2处理,比其分别高63.4%和34.1%。施氮显著提高了荞麦的蛋白和脂肪含量,但芦丁含量则呈显著的下降趋势,槲皮素含量无明显变化。在试验条件下,合理的氮肥水平(80~120 kg/hm2)能提高苦荞麦的产量和品质,值得推广应用。Chuanqiao 2 cuhivar was used to investigate effect of nitrogen application on growth, yield and quality of tartary buckwheat. The results showed that nitrogen application could improve growth and development, increase the plant height, stem diameter and branch number in the shoot of tartary buckwheat, increased the main root, first lateral root number, root volume and root diameter. The N40 kg/hm2 treatment was the highest, significantly higher than the control treatment. Grain number and grain weight per plant, 1 000-seed weight and yield increased first aml then decreased with the increasing of nitrogen application amount, the yield of N80 kg/hm2 treatment was the highest, with 2 008.5 kg/hm2, which was 63.4% and 34.1% significantly higher than CK and N120 kg/hm2 treatment respectively. Nitrogen application significantly increased the content of protein and crude fat in tartary buckwheat, the rutin content showed a descending trend, but the quercetin content had no obvious changes. In the conditions of this study, the appropriate nitrogen application (80-120 kg/hm2) could improve the yieht and quality of tartary buckwheat, and it deserve applying extends.
