酸牛奶保留灌肠治疗肝性脑病40例的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察与总结酸牛奶保留灌肠治疗肝性脑病的临床治疗效果。方法:将79例肝性脑病患者随机分为对照组39例和治疗组40例,对照组给予常规静脉输入保肝药、降低血氨药对症治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上,给予酸牛奶保留灌肠治疗,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:对照组有效率为53.85%,治疗组有效率为90.00%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:酸牛奶保留灌肠疗效满意,且安全性高,能促进肝性脑病的好转。Objective： To observe and summarize clinical effect yogurt retention enema in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy.Method： The patients with hepatic encephalopathy of 79 cases, were randomly divided into control group of 39 cases and the treatment group of 40 patients.The control group was given the conventional intravenous hepatoproteetive drug to reduce the symptomatic treatment of hyperammonemia drug.The treatment group was given yogurt the retention enema treatment on the basis of the control group, major clinical efficacy were observed.Result： The effective rate of control group was 53.85%, 90.00% effective rate in treatment group, the efficiency of the two groups there was a significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The yogurt retention enema results were satisfactory and safe, and to promote the improvement of hepatic encephalopathy.
