摘  要:阐述了管梁缓冲吸能元件用作汽车变形吸能元件的优点,并对管梁缓冲吸能元件碰撞吸能特性进行了比较详细的试验研究。试验结果表明:管梁缓冲吸能元件的吸能曲线比较平稳,可以作为汽车碰撞吸能部件的一种选择;通过改善结构和材料特性可提高管梁缓冲吸能元件的吸能效果;通过"比吸能"概念提出了结构的吸能能力与重量之间的比例关系,为汽车轻量化设计提供了思路。The advantage of buffer absorbing element of tube and girder for automotive energy absorbing deformation element is described, and the characteristic of buffer absorbing element of tube and girder crash is detailed by experiment study. Test results show that: the energy absorption curve of buffer absorbing element of tube and girder is relatively stable, which is good car collision energy ab- sorbing parts. The energy-absorbing cushioning effect of energy absorbing element is improved by im- proving the structure and material properties. The ratio relation between the energy absorption capacity and weight of the structure is put forward through "Specific Energy Absorption" concept, and a train of thought for automotive lightweight design is provided.
