PDCA循环法心理干预对肺癌患者焦虑忧郁的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨PDCA循环法心理干预对肺癌患者心理的影响。【方法】50例肺癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组，观察组对肺癌患者心理干预应用PDCA循环法，分析患者焦虑和忧郁的原因，制订相应的护理计划，实施计划后进行检查，找出存在问题，并不断进行修正。对照组采用常规心理护理模式。用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量袁（SDS）对两组患者入院日、治疗中期及出院日进行评估。【结果】PDCA循环法应用于肺癌患者心理干预后，出院ElSAS、SDS评分与常规心理干预组比较，与同组患者入院日和治疗中期比较均有显著改善（P〈0．01），出院日SAS、SDS评分低于入院日和治疗中期，PDCA循环法干预后出院日SAS、SDS评分低于常规心理干预组（P〈O．05）。【结论】PDCA循环法对肺癌患者心理干预能有效改善其情绪状况。[Objective] To explore the effect of PDCA circulation in psychological intervention on mental status of patients with lung cancer. [Methods] A total of 50 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into control group and experiment group. The patients with lung cancer in the experiment group received psy- chological intervention by using PDCA circulation. The cause of anxiety and depression of patients was ana- lyzed. The corresponding nursing care plan was formulated. The examination was performed after the plan was implemented, and then the problem was found and the plan was revised incessantly. The control group re- ceived the conventional mental nursing model. Self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） was used to evaluate the mental status of patients in two groups at admission day, the middle stage of treatment and discharge day. [Results] After PDCA circulation applied in psychological intervention for pa dents with lung cancer, there were significant differences in the scores of SAS and SDS at discharge day be- tween two groups or patients at admission day and middle stage of treatment in the same group（ P 〈0.01）. The scores of SAS and SDS at discharge day were lower than those at admission day and middle stage of treat- ment. After PDCA circulation intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS at discharge day were lower than those in conventional psychological intervention group. [Conclusion]PDCA circulation for psychological intervention of patients with lung cancer can effectively improve their emotional status.
