摘  要:轮毂是汽车重要的部件,因为它起到承载整个汽车重量的作用。为了达到高强度和轻量化的要求,在对汽车的轮毂进行设计时,需要对其形状及尺寸上进行合理的优化设计,以减轻汽车轮毂的质量。采用ANSYS软件的APDL语言建立汽车五辐板轮毂的参数化模型,根据7180型轿车的相关参数计算出轮毂受到的弯曲载荷,运用ANSYS软件进行弯曲疲劳分析,进而进行轮毂的尺寸优化。通过优化分析,轮毂的质量减小了,确保轮毂在强度达到要求的前提下,使轮毂达到轻量化。Wheel hub is one of the important parts of automobile because of bearing the entire weight of the car. In order to achieve high strength and lightweight, reasonable optimization design on the shape and size was needed to reduce the weight of wheel hub. Parametric model of automobile wheel hub of five spoke plates was created by the APDL language which was provid- ed by ANSYS software, and the bending load on wheel hub was calculated according to relevant parameters of 7180 car. Then the bending fatigue was analyzed with ANSYS software. At last, the size optimization was carried out. After the optimization and analysis, the weight of wheel hub was reduced. On the premise of ensuring the wheel hub strength, the lightweight of wheel hub was achieved.
