摘　　要：目的调查晚期肺癌患者经济负担情况及其对预后的影响。方法随访调查2010年1月至2010年12月在湖南省肿瘤医院治疗肺癌患者医疗费用及预后情况。结果1003例患者中医保202例，新农合758例，自费43例；医保组的医疗费高于新农合及自费组，但个人负担显著低于后2组；医保组治疗频率高于另2组，长期存活患者也明显多于另2组。结论各种基本医疗保险制度能减轻晚期患者的经济负担，但患者负担仍过重。需进一步完善肺癌患者的医保及新农合政策，以减轻患者经济负担，延长生存时间。Objective To investigate economic burden of patients with advanced lung cancer and analyze its impact on prognosis.Methods follow-up survey in the tr6atment costs and prognosis of lung cancer patients enrolled from January 2011 to December 2011 in Hunan Provincial Tumor hospital.Results In 1003 patients,202 cases with urban medical insurance, 758 cases with new rural cooperative medical care and 43 casesat their own expense .Medical cost in the urban Insurance group was the highest, but the personal burden was significantly lower than that in the latter two groups.Both the Medical treatment frequencyand the long-term survival rate wire the highest in the urban medical insurance group.Conclusion Thevarious medical insurance systems can reduce the economic burden of advancedpatients, but still leave too heavy burden on patients. Thus,medical insurance and new rural cooperative policiesfor Lung cancer patients need to be further improved in order to reduce the financial burden of patients and prolong survival time.
