摘　　要：完善的试题、试卷评估分析软件不仅能够全面、准确、客观地对考生掌握知识情况进行正确的评价,而且可以通过对试题的取舍、修改和完善,不断提高试题的质量,以达到准确考查教学情况和正确、公平遴选优秀人才的目的。本文改进和开发了windows系统下的试题、试卷评估分析软件,实例分析,图文并茂,简单直观,有助于改进试题、试卷质量,对提高正确评估考试有重要参考价值。Perfect analysis software of test questions and examination paper evaluation can not only appraise the situation of students mastering knowledge fully, accurately and objectively, but also can continuously improve the quality of test questions through the test of trade-offs, modify and improvement. The purpose is to check teaching situation accurately and select talents fairly. In this paper, the analysis software is improved and developed under Windows system. It is illustrated, simple and intuitive to improve the quality of paper. There is an important reference value for improving test evaluation correctly.
