近十年我国高校学生评教有效性问题研究述评

摘　　要：高校学生评教已经成为评价教师教学质量的主要形式之一。已有研究成果主要集中在学生评教是否具有可靠性和有效性、影响学生评教有效性的因素以及提高学生评教有效性的对策研究三个方面,且呈现出研究主题相对广泛并向纵深方向发展,定性分析与定量分析相结合,多学科多视角研究活跃,国外研究成果涌现、国际化视野打开等特点。今后的研究将在现有研究的基础上,从理论分析与实证分析相结合的维度,沿着人本主义的价值取向发展。Student evaluation of teaching(SET) has become an important way to assess the effectiveness of teaching in higher education institutions(HEIs) in China.Previous studies mainly focused on the following three aspects: 1) validity and reliability of SET;2) factors influencing the validity of SET;3) measures to improve the validity of SET.These studies covered a variety of topics,adopted a global or multi-disciplinary perspective,and employed both qualitative and quantitative methods of inquiry.Nevertheless,future research on the validity of SET still needs to have better orientation towards human values and further bridge the gap between speculative and empirical analysis.
