摘　　要：结合国内人才培养评价体系的现状,以木材科学与工程专业为例,以监测和提高人才培养质量为目的,提出了构建科学合理的木材科学与工程人才培养评价体系,以推动"三型"人才培养模式的改革与发展。Combining with the status for the talent cultivation evaluation system in China,the paper points out the scientific and reasonable cultivation evaluation system for wood science and engineering by taking the major of the wood science and engineering as the example in order to supervise and improve the talent cultivation quality,so as to enhance the reform and development of the talent cultivation model of three types of applied talents,which are engineering,management and skilled talents.
