知识经济时代图书馆馆员角色变化刍议

摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展,图书馆在知识经济时代有了新的定位,图书馆馆员不可避免地需要重新定位和转变角色。为此通过对比传统服务和信息时代服务模式下图书馆馆员角色以及中西方图书馆馆员角色的不同,阐述在知识经济时代数字图书馆馆员角色所面临的变化,探讨如何从传统的管理者转换为新型的复合型的教师馆员。With the development of science and technology, the library has redefined itself in times of knowledge eco- nomics. The librarians inevitably have to redefine themselves and make role changes. In this article, the author makes comparisons between the role of traditional service mode and that of information age, and contrasts the roles of librari- ans in both China and the West. Based on these discussions, the author proposes new changes which librarians have to face in times of knowledge economics： that is to switch from traditional managers to new compound talents who can work as librarians and teachers as well.
