摘  要:教师教学技能的发展是一个连续、动态、循环反复、不断完善的过程,需要通过培训来不断提升、修整、完善。校本培训是教师教学技能提升的重要方式。在校本培训中,搭建教师交流平台,形成教学技能常规交流机制;开发教学网络资源,形成开放共享机制;开展专家诊断性指导,形成个性化的教学咨询服务机制;创新教师教学技能评价方式,形成校本评价的动态化机制,为高校教师教学技能发展和提升提供保证。The development of teacher’s teaching skill is a continuous,dynamic,cycling,and perfecting process,which need to improve,adjust and perfect constantly through the training.The school-based training is an important channel to improve teaching skill of teachers.During the school-based training,we should construct a platform of exchanging for teachers,and establish a system of regular exchanging of teaching skill;develop the internet resources of teaching,and establish an open and sharing system;carry out the diagnostic guidelines by experts,and establish a personalized system of teaching counseling,innovate the evaluation forms of teaching skill,and establish a dynamic system of school-based evaluation,to offer a guarantee for the development and improvement of teaching skill of teachers in higher educational institutions.
