摘 要:目的 :研究体外补充牛磺酸保护晶体免受氧化损伤 ,防止白内障形成的作用。方法 :将正常兔晶体分为正常条件培养组 (对照组 ) ,Feton模型组 (氧化损伤组 ) ,氧化损伤同时给 0 5%和 1%牛磺酸保护组 ,体外培养 2 4h后 ,观察各组晶体的混浊情况 ,光镜和透射电镜下的晶体组织学变化。结果 :对照组晶体雾样混浊率为 8% ,无白内障形成 ;Feton模型组白内障发生率 10 0 % ;0 5%牛磺酸组雾样混浊率 67% ,无白内障形成 ;1%牛磺酸组晶体雾样混浊率 2 5% ,无白内障形成。组织学观察 ,Feton模型组严重损害 ,0 5%牛磺酸组部分损害 ,1%牛磺酸组轻微损害。结论 :体外补充牛磺酸有防止白内障形成的作用 ,1%浓度效果更为理想。Objective:To evaluate the effect of prevention of cataract by taurine through histological study of lenses.Methods:Rabbits′ lenses cultured in vitro were divided into 4 groups:control group,Feton model (oxidative stress group),and the groups treated with 0.5% and 1% taurine respectively ,which one had 12 lenses .The transparency of all lenses were examined after 24 hours.The histological changes of the lenses in each group were examined under light and electron microscope.Results:In control group one lens(8%) developed swelling.In Feton model group all lenses developed cataract.8 lenses (67%) treated with 0.5% taurine and 3 lenses (25%) treated with 1% taurine developed swelling.The structure of lens in control group was normal,but was severely damaged in Feton model, partial impairment was found in 0.5% taurine group,and only a little was found in 1% taurine group.Conclusion:Taurine can protect lens′ histological structure from oxidative stress,so cataract formation in vitro can be avoided with 1% taurine as ideal.
