深低温长期保存角膜穿透性移植治疗感染性角膜病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察深低温长期保存角膜穿透性移植治疗感染性角膜病的临床效果。方法 :应用深低温保存 1～ 60月的健康人尸角膜为真菌性角膜炎 10例、10眼和病毒性角膜炎 4例、4眼行穿透性角膜移植术。结果 :随诊 1～ 19月 ,13例角膜植片透明 ( 92 .85% ) ,1例半透明 ,无 1例原发病复发 ,视力均有提高。结论 :深低温长期保存的角膜是治疗急性致盲性角膜病的重要储备材料 ,有重要的临床应用价值。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of penetrating keratoplasty with long-term cryopreserved cornea in treating infective corneal diseases.Method:10 cases(10 eyes)of fungal keratitis and 4 cases(4 eyes) of viral keratitis were performed penetrating keratoplasty with health human cadaver corneas cryopreserved 1 to 60 months.Results:Followed up 1 to 19 months,13 cases of corneal grafts remained clear (92.58%),1 remained semitransparent.No protopathy recurred, and all the cases had their visual acuity improved.Conclusion:Long-term cryopreserved cornea is the important material to cure acute corneal disease,and it has important clinical value.
