摘 要:目的探讨在大型活动时对饮食服务人员使用现场肛拭法采集粪便标本并以SN增菌液增菌检查肠道致病菌的检出效果。方法于2012年夏季天津举办一次大型国际论坛前夕对饮食服务人员采集的现场肛拭标本置入SN增菌液中培养18~24 h,再接种SS琼脂平板上,挑选可疑菌落送病原生物实验室进行生化、血清鉴定。结果从674份肛拭标本中检出沙门菌4株,其中C群沙门菌3株,B群1株;未检出志贺菌,总检出率为0.59%。4份阳性标本均出于男性外来务工人员。结论该方法可有效提高粪便致病菌的检出率。[ Objective ] To explore the effect of method that stool samples is collected from food service employees of large-scale ac- tivities by anal swab and enteric pathogenic bacteria are examined by SN enrichment broth. [ Methods ] The anal swab specimens collected from food service employees before a large-scale international forum in 2012 summer in Tianjin were cultured in SN enrich- ment medium for 18-24 hours, and then were inoculated with SS agar plate. The suspected colonies were identified by biochemical and serological detection in pathogenic biology laboratory. [ Results] Among 674 anal swab specimens, 4 strains of Salmonella were detected, including 3 strains of group C Salmonella and 1 strain of group B Salmonella, Shigella were not detected, and the total positive rate was 0.59%. All 4 positive specimens were collected from male migrant workers. [ Conclusion] This method can effec- tively improve the detection rate of fecal pathogens.
