自贡市市售食品中稀土元素含量调查

摘　　要：目的调查自贡市市售食品中稀土元素含量。方法所采集食品包括粮食类、蔬菜、菇类、茶叶、蛋类、肉类、鱼类等样品从超市和农贸市场购买,按国家标准方法 GB/T 5009.94-2003《植物性食品中稀土的测定》对样品进行检测。结果样品检测锑、镧、镨、钕、钐等5种稀土含量0.000～1.386 mg/kg,合格率100%。结论抽检的54件自贡市市售粮食类、蔬菜类、肉类、禽蛋类食品中稀土元素含量无1例超标,表明自贡市市售食品稀土元素污染并不严重。Objective To investigate the rare earth contents in the foods sold in Zigong City. Methods The samples inclu- ding corns , vegetables , mushrooms , teas , eggs , meats and fishes were bought from the supermarkets and farmers＇ mar- kets, detected based on the national standard methods determination of rare earth in plant food （ GB/T 5009.94 - 2003 ）. Results The contents of five kinds of rare earth elements were 0. 000 - 1. 386 mg,/kg in 54 samples, and the pass rate was 100%. Conclusion All samples are accordance with the requirements of national standards. It＇ s shown that the pollution of rare earth elements is not serious in foods sold in Zigong.
