摘 要:为综合开发利用四川扁桃资源,2012年8月于甘肃省定西县巉口林场四川扁桃人工林采集其种子,用索氏提取法和二氧化碳超临界萃取法提取四川扁桃的种仁油,并用GC和GC-MS分析其脂肪酸组成。结果表明,四川扁桃的种仁含油率较高,二氧化碳超临界萃取法提取的种仁含油率为38.03%,索氏提取法测得种仁含油率(质量分数)为43.37%,索氏提取法效果较好;四川扁桃种仁油主要由8种脂肪酸组成,其中不饱和脂肪酸的含量(质量分数)高达93.31%(油酸75.26%、亚油酸17.72%和棕榈油酸0.33%),因此,四川扁桃种仁油具有很高的营养价值和开发利用价值。In order to utilize the resource of Amygdalus tangutica, the seeds of A. tangutica were collected from Chuankou forest farm of Dingxi County, Gansu Province. The oil of seed kernel was extracted by the methods of soxhlet extraction and supercritical fluid extraction, and its composition of fatty acids was analyzed by GC and GC-MS methods. The results showed that the oil content of seed kernels of A. tangutica was high , and the higher value was up to 43.37 % by using soxhlet extraction method. The oil was comprised of 8 kinds of fatty acids, and the content of unsaturated fatty acids was 93.31%, behenic acid, erncic acid and palmitaleic acid accounted for 75.26 %, 17.72 % and 0. 33 % respectively. Therefore, the kerner oil of A. tangutica had a high nutritional value and was worth to develop.
