摘　　要：通过建立适应性矩阵模型以量化形式得出衡量甘肃地区数学教育水平的现状及特点,为改善其对现行国家课程标准的适应性提出对策,从而能够更加全面正确理解我国少数民族教育在新形势与背景下的跨越式发展战略并尝试科学有效地提出少数民族教育跨越式发展的建议.To a more comprehensive and correct understanding of minority education in the new situation and come up with strategies to improve the adaptability of existing national curriculum standards through the establishment of the adaptive matrix model to measure the status and the characteristics of the level of Gansu Province Mathematics Education, and try to scientifically and effectively put forward the recommendations of the minority education.
