摘 要:获得一株细菌纤维素高产菌株并对其进行鉴定。从自制醋醅、红茶菌液及残次水果等材料中筛选细菌纤维素高产菌株。采用生理生化鉴定结合16S rDNA序列的系统发育学分析确定该菌株的系统发育地位。获得的菌株AXB(X)为好氧性的革兰氏阴性杆菌,菌体大小为(0.6μm^0.8μm)×(1.5μm^2.0μm),单个、成对或成链。菌株AXB(X)与Gluconacetobacter sp.的16S rDNA序列同源性为98%。经鉴定菌株AXB(X)为葡糖杆菌属。To obtain a high-yield strain of bacterial cellulose and its identification. High-yield strains of the bacterial cellulose were screened from the vinegar grains, kombucha liquid, defective fruits, and other materials. Physiological and biochemical identification was combined with 16S rDNA se- quence phylogenetic analysis to determine the phylogenetic position of the strain. Strain AXB (X) is the aerobic gram-negative bacilli, and the cell size is (0.6μm-0.8μm)× (1.5μm-2.0μm), single, in pairs or into a chain. 16S rDNA sequence of strain AXB (X) and Gluconacetobacter sp.sequence ho- mology was up to 98%. After initial determine, strain AXB(X) was found as a Gluconacetobacter sp.
