摘　　要：阐述了人力资源的内涵,分析了高职院校图书馆人力资源管理的现状及存在的问题,并以江苏建康职业学院为例,提出了高职院校图书馆人力资源管理的创新措施。This paper expounds the connotation of human resource, analyzes the present situation of and existing problems in the management of human resource in the library of higher vocational college, Human resource is the important resource of library resources, and taking the library of Jiangsu Jiankang Vocational College as an example, puts forward some measures for innovating the management of human resource in the library of higher vocational college.
