摘  要:根据"■""食"二字的甲文字形所体现的原初构形的意图,可以探讨它们所贮存的上古先民餐饮及其相关文化的内涵。甲文■反映的是远古人们饮用水浆的场景,饮用的方式是一种舔(?)。甲文(?)是由两个构件(或者称字素)构成,表示一盛有充足饭食的器皿——簋,有"集众米而成食"的词义特征。"■""食"二字体现了中国古代深厚的农耕文明、器物文化、酒文化和餐饮文化。This article makes a study and explanation on the initial form and meaning of "yin" and "shi" on the JiaWen (inscriptions on tortoise shells) and then explores the connotation of the two words. Jia Wen reflects thescene which people drank water in ancient times and the way of drinking water was licking. Jia Wen consist oftwo components (also called grapheme), which reflects the word of Gui (a kind of container filled with rice) andthe feature of collecting much rice as food. Sometimes, two points as affix of Jia Wen indicate the aroma from therice. The author further explores Chinese agriculture civilization, utensil culture, wine culture and culinary culturefrom the connotation of "yin" and "shi".
