摘 要:自2010年起,江苏省开始了免费培养幼儿男教师的试点工作。江苏以"学前教育事业、男性幼教师资"为目标对象、以"初中毕业起点、五年一贯大专"为教学模式、以"组织统一面试、安排提前录取"为招录规则、以"市域协议定向、权利义务平衡"为就业原则,实现了师范生免费教育的制度创新;在培养地选择上以传统幼师名校为主体,在目标规格上以特色走班教师为追求,在教育培养上以男性阳刚之气为重点,在管理机制上以服务支持协调为取向,形成了师范生免费教育的江苏特色。Since 2010, as a pilot site, Jiangsu province started free education for male kindergarten teacher. Jiangsu province targeted at male kindergarten teachers and preschool education course, adopted the mode of "5 years junior college since graduation from junior high school", enrolled students on the principle of "arranging interviews and advanced enrollment", delivered its graduates to the society on the basis of directional agreements and striking a balance between rights and responsibilities, and achieved system innovation for free normal university education. Focusing on traditional preschool education colleges, pursuing class selection system, this program concentrates on masculine features in education and supporting function in management system, and forms its own features of free education for normal university students.
