摘 要:分析总结国内外集装箱起重机地震动力学试验的研究现状,考虑到集装箱起重机结构、轨道支撑形式以及地震载荷多向性的特点,提出一种新颖可行的大型集装箱起重机地震动力学试验方案。该方案包含3项关键技术:用接触摩擦片模拟起重机车轮与轨道支撑状态;采用多轴向低频大位移伺服电机振动台模拟地震多向激励;采用灌铅法满足模型质量相似性。实践证明该试验方法能够对大型集装箱起重机准确模拟地震动力学行为展开可靠的试验研究,试验数据可作为数值模型关键参数的选取依据,为大型集装箱起重机地震反应的非线性动力学建模及抗震性能评估提供了一种有效手段。Through analyzing and summarizing the domestic and foreign information in the present research of testing methods on earthquake dynamic behavior of container cranes, taking into account the structure of the container cranes, and track supporting figurations and seismic load multi-directional characteristics, a novel feasible jumbo container crane earthquake dynamics testing scheme is proposed. This scheme contains three key techniques: the contact friction plate is used to simulate the configuration of crane wheel and rail support; Multi-axial servo motor vibration table with low fre- quency and large displacement output the multi-direction earthquake excitation; lead method is used to satisfy the model similar in mass. Practice has proved that this testing method can provide a reliable testing research on accurate simulation of dynamic behavior for jumbo container crane, and test data can be used as the basis for selection of key parameters of the numerical model. The research provides an effective means for the nonlinear dynamics modeling and seismic perform- ance evaluation of the seismic response of the large container crane.
