摘　　要：目的:探讨"基于问题的学习"教学法(PBL)在《临床医学概论》教学中的应用价值。方法:将药品经营与管理专业学生70人随机分为实验组和对照组,每组35人,分别采用PBL和传统教学法教学。相关课程结束后,统一进行理论笔试和问卷调查。结果:实验组的教学效果和学生满意度明显优于对照组。结论:PBL教学法在药品经营与管理专业《临床医学概论》课程的教学中取得了比较满意的教学效果,显著提高了学生的自学能力及临床思维能力,值得推广应用。Objective：To discuss the teaching effects of PBL teaching mode applied in the course-clinical medicine outline. Meth- ods：70 second-year drug operation and management major students were randomly divided into PBL group （35 students） and tradi- tionalteaching mode group （35 students）. As the relevant course completed, questionnaire investigate and theoretic examinations were performed to compare the effect. Results： The teaching effects and students＇ satisfaction of PBL group were superior to the traditional one. Conclusion ： Satisfied effect of PBL teaching mode which improved self-learning ability and clinical thinking training has been found in teaching the course of clinical medicine outline for drug operation and management students, and the method de- serves to be popularized.
