发达国家2012年教育改革的关键词——以英、美、澳三国为例

摘　　要：发达国家的教育改革在某种程度上代表着世界教育改革的前沿和发展方向。英、美、澳等国在2012年进行了卓有成效的教育改革,通过对其政策文本分析发现,虽然各国教育改革的关键词不同,但改革的逻辑又存在相似之处。了解发达国家教育改革的动向,有助于我们更好地把握教育发展趋势,为制定合理的教育政策和发展规划提供决策参考。Educational reform in developed countries represents to some extent the forefront of the world＇s educational reform. Judging from UK＇s, U.S.A.＇s and Australia＇s 2012 educational reform policy, we find the key words are different among these countries, but their reasons of reform are similar. Knowing the trends of educational＇reform in developed countries will help us better understand the trends in education; and provide a reference to the rational education policies.
