摘　　要：在廊坊高校英语教学中融入中国传统文化,是继承和发扬中华民族优秀传统文化的需要,是跨文化交际的需要。正视当前英语教学中中国传统文化缺失的现实,必须调整英语教材内容,增加母语文化;提高英语教师素质,担负中国文化传播重任;引导学生阅读反映中国传统文化的英文作品;开展丰富多彩的课外活动,加强中国传统文化教育。There needs to incorporate our traditional culture in Langfang college English teaching.It contributes to conventional culture succession and development. It also satisfies the needs of intercultural communication. As for the absence of traditional culture in English teaching, it＇s urgent to adjust the contents of English teaching material to strengthen our own culture. Meanwhile, it＇s important to broaden English teachers＇ horizons of traditional Chinese culture so that they can carry forward it. It＇s also helpful for students to read more English material that reflects traditional Chinese culture. Besides, extracurricular activities should not be ignored.
