摘 要:PBL教学模式在西方医学教育领域应用广泛。在我国,由于受到高校特殊情况的主客观条件制约,PBL教学模式在医学教育中至今未能广泛展开。随着通信技术的迅猛发展,网上教学和现代远程教育日渐成熟,国内外涌现出一批网络教学平台。本研究以Blackboard平台为基础,以活动理论为指导,构建以案例抛出、自主学习、讨论交流、评价测试、记录跟踪为主线的医学网络式PBL教学平台。通过耳鼻咽喉科学、外科学、预防医学等多门课程的实践教学,获取反馈意见,改进并完善平台的功能。本研究尝试构建适用于PBL教学的网络环境,促进PBL教学模式在我国医学教育中的应用发展。PBL teaching mode is used widely in western medical education. Meanwhile, due to the subjective and objective limiting conditions, the application of PBL teaching mode is difficult to carry out in China. With the rapid development of communication technology, online education and modem distance education is getting more and more mature, and there are a number of e-Learning platforms being built at home and abroad. Based on the activity theory and Blackboard platform, this study focuses on the e-Learning platform, which follows the cycle of ease thrown, autonomous learning, discussion, evaluation, and tracking. Through the practice teaching of Otolaryngology science, Surgery, and Preventive Medicine, the getting feedback is used for improving and perfecting the function of the platform. This study attempts to build suitable network environment for PBL teaching, and promotes the application of PBL teaching mode in medical education in China.
