摘　　要：二十一世纪是一个信息化的时代,尤其是互联网不断地发展和壮大,已经在一定程度上丰富了人们的信息量,而且在某种程度上改变了人们的生活方式和生活习惯,在大量的信息面前,不仅要学会合理的利用,使之能够真正的对个人或者是社会有一定的助益,而且还需要学会保障信息的安全。在高校教学管理当中,只有确保信息安全,才能够保障学生和家长的合法权益不受侵害。the twenty-first Century is an era of information technology,especially the Internet continue to develop and expand,has enriched the information people in a certain extent,but also changed people＇s life style and living habits to some extent,in the presence of a large amount of information,not only to learn how to reasonable use,make it real for personal or social beneficial,but also need to learn how to guarantee information security.In the university teaching management,only to ensure that information security,to ensure the students and parents of the legitimate rights and interests are not infringed.
