摘 要:本试验利用纳米金/多壁碳纳米管复合物(Au/MWCNTs)修饰硼掺杂金刚石电极(BDD),对抗氧化剂叔丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)进行检测。研究了BHA在裸电极和修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,经Au/MWCNTs修饰后,BHA产生的峰电流由1.096μA增加到2.036μA,提高了85.77%;峰电位从0.704 V负移至0.6 V。在5~200μmol/L范围内,Au/MWCNTs-BDD电极上得到的检出限为5.70μmol/L,低于BDD电极上得到的16.72μmol/L。采用该方法检测植物油中BHA的含量,回收率为99.2%~103.2%。In this paper, butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) was detected by the electrochemical method, by u- sing Au - multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTS) nanocomposite modified boron - doped diamond (BDD) elec- trode. The electrochemical behaviors of BHA on the bare and modified BDD electrode were studied. The results showed that the oxidation peak current had increased from 1. 096 p,A to 2. 036 μA, increased by 85.77%, while the oxidation peak potential shifted from 0. 704 V to 0.6 V. In a rage of 5 - 200 μmol/L, the detection limit of 5.70 μmo]/L was obtained on the Au/MWCNTs - BDD electrode, which is lower than that obtained on the BDD electrode as 16.72 μmol/L. The recoveries for oil samples obtained from the modified BDD electrode were calculated and the recovery found to be 99.2% - 103.2%.
