摘　　要：TEM4是检测英语专业本科基础阶段教学的一项专业测试,分析其题型构成特点并探讨它对英语专业基础英语教学内容的确定以及教学方法的启示,有助于更好地发挥其导向作用,充分调动学生的学习积极性,提高基础英语的教学质量。TEM-4 is a professional test for the teaching and learning of English at the foundation stage for the undergraduates of English majors,analysis of its characteristics and inspiration to the content and method of basic English teaching can help to play its leading role and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students to improve the quality of basic English teaching.
