企业组织能力系统的复杂适应进化分析

摘　　要：论文针对来自战略联盟、虚拟组织和网络组织等多种组织形式的多个参与主体彼此接受时形成的企业组织能力系统,基于CAS(Complex Adaptive System)理论视角,提出基于织组流程和组织惯例的企业组织能力系统的概念模型,并对其涌现性、环境适应性、复杂适应进化特征和过程进行分析。论文提出,动态复杂环境中企业的组织能力在依据组织流程的层次性、相似性以及耦合性按组织惯例对组织流程进行设计、监控、重组和优化的过程中形成和提高;由组织流程群、组织惯例群及其结构效应和组织效应的整合而形成的企业组织能力系统,通过与环境之间的交互作用,能够增强自身的适应性,不断提高企业组织能力系统的强度。This paper focused on enterprise organizatioal capability system formed by multiple participating agents from various forms of organization such as strategic alliance,virtual enterprise,and network organization etc.From the perspective of CAS（Complex Adaptive System）theory,it proposed the conceptual model of enterprise organizational capability system based on organizational processes and routines,and analyzed it＇s emergence,environmental adaptability,complex adaptive evolution characteristics and process.The paper proposed that enterprise organizational capability will be formed and improved in the process of designing,monitoring,restructuring and optimizing organizational processes according to the organizational routines based on the hierarchy,similarity and coupling of organizational processes in dynamic complex environment.In addition,the paper holds enterprise organizational capability system will be formed by the existence of organizational process group,organizational routine group and integration of their structural effect and organizational effect.Finally,the paper holds that enterprise organizatioal capability system is able to enhance its adaptability to continuously improve strength by way of the interaction with environment.
