从教育实习看高师英语教育与基础英语课改衔接中的问题

摘　　要：随着基础英语课改的不断深入,高师英语教育在与基础英语教学接轨的过程中表现出诸多的不适应。以山西某高师院校英语专业2011届81位本科毕业生为研究对象,从研究对象在教育实习中所暴露的问题入手,结合《新课标》对素质教育的要求,分析、探寻该院校英语专业在实习管理和教师专业培养过程中所存在的问题与不足,并据此提出相应的改进措施。在此基础上,提出针对整个高师英语教育改革的六项建议,以期使高师院校培养出更多适应基础英语课改的合格教师。With the deepening of English curriculum reform,English education of Higher Normal Colleges shows all kinds of unfitness in its integration with basic English education.The study took one of the Normal Colleges in Shanxi province as a case and her 81 graduates of 2011 session as the object.Combined with the requirements of ＂New Curriculum＂ for quality education,the research first probed the problems and weaknesses,then analyzed and explored the reasons in teaching practice management and teachers＇ professional training.Based on this,it offered corresponding measures for improvement.At last,it put forward six general proposals to deepen the reform of normal college English education,so as to cultivate more qualified teachers for basic English curriculum reform.
