摘  要:目的了解孕妇营养知识掌握程度及获取途径,从而为孕期营养健康教育提供帮助。方法在本院建卡、产检的孕妇130位进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括:一般情况、孕期营养态度、孕期相关营养知识、营养知识获取途径及希望获取途径、能够接受的营养咨询费用。结果孕妇营养态度的得分率达97%及以上。对孕期营养相关疾病及孕期营养对胎儿生长发育的影响知晓率高,大部分孕妇对孕期体重的增长有正确认识。对孕期需要特别关注的营养素知晓率高,但对其含量高的食物知晓率相对偏低,营养基础知识及技能掌握不够。调查比较,中、晚孕孕妇比早孕孕妇营养知识掌握程度高。孕妇最希望由医院提供相关营养知识,并能接受一定程度的有偿营养咨询。结论孕妇营养基础知识及技能掌握不够理想,早孕孕妇营养知识水平相对较低。建议改进孕妇学校的营养教育计划,增加一对一个体化营养咨询模式。Objective To investigate the dgree and proccess of nutrition knowledge for pregnant women,to provide useful information for nutritional education forthem.Methods Pregnant women who registered and examined in our hospital(n = 130) received questionnaire survy.The questionnaire including general conditions,attitude on nutrition,nutrition knowledge,sourceand desired source of nutrition knowledge,as well as affordability on fees for nutritional consultation.Results Among the subjects,97% pregnant women gotscoreon nutritionattitude.Most pregnant women knew well on nutrition correlated desease and influences on fetal development.A majority of pregnant women had a correct understanding on the increasing body weight during pregnancy.While most of them aware the requirement for special nutritional elements during pregnancy,few knew what kind of food abundant in those nutrients,basic knowledge and technology on nutrition were in deficiency.The investigation also indicated that women in the late pregnancy performed better on nutrition knowledge than those at their early pregnancy stage.The most desired source of nutrition knowledge was educational program provided by hospitals,and they can accept the cost of consultation on nutrition.Conclusions It is clearly that pregnant women lack basic knowledge and technology,particularly at their early stage of pregnancy.It is suggested that the nutritional education plan should be modified,one-to-one consultation system should be built.
