传统企业与战略性新兴产业对接路径与模型

摘　　要：培育和发展战略性新兴产业同时也给传统产业开启了"机会窗口",传统企业只有主动契合国家产业政策,并与战略性新兴产业有效对接,才有可能获得新的增长元素并实现可持续发展。分析了传统企业对接战略性新兴产业的决策影响因素,提出了"高端"匹配对接和"低端"匹配对接两种模式,以及"转型对接"、"升级对接"、"关联对接"和"辐射对接"四条具体匹配对接路径,同时建立了传统企业与战略性新兴产业匹配对接的路径决策模型,并以A地区10家样本传统企业为例,验证了决策模型的有效性及可行性,为传统企业实现与战略性新兴产业的匹配对接提出了新的决策思路。The cultivation and development of emerging strategic industries has opened ＇the window of opportuni- ty＇ for the traditional industries. The traditional enterprises only actively comply with the national industrial policy and butt joint the emerging strategic industries effectively, will it be possible to get the new growth elements and the realization of sustainable development. This paper analyzes the decision-making influencing factors about tradi- tional enterprises docking to the emerging strategic industries, also puts forward ＇two patterns and four paths＇. The two docking patterns are ＇high-road＇ and ＇low-road＇, ~the four specific matching paths are ＇transformation butt-joint＇, ＇upgrading butt-joint＇, ＇relation butt-joint＇ and ＇radiation butt-joint＇. The paper has established the decision-making model about traditionalenterprises docking to the emerging strategic industries. Take 10 traditional enterprises in A region for an example, verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the decision model. Provide a new thought for matching and docking the traditional enterprises and emerging strategic industries.
