摘  要:建立了茶饮料中维生素C含量的高效液相色谱检测方法,采用ZOBRAX SB-C18色谱柱,以0.1%醋酸溶液作流动相,流速1.0mL/min,柱温28℃,二极管阵列检测器,检测波长250nm。结果表明,在10.0~300mg/L浓度范围内,浓度与仪器响应值成线性关系,相关系数r=0.9999(n=7),加标回收率为99.7%~102%,测定四份不同茶饮料的相对标准偏差RSD分别为1.30、0.50、0.92、1.21%,检出限为0.009mg/L。该法快速、稳定、无有毒有害试剂,能准确测定茶饮料中维生素C的含量,符合绿色化学发展方向。A method was established for determining Vitamin C (Vc) in tea beverages by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The determination was conducted with a ZOBRAX SB-C18 column used at 28℃. The mobile phase was 0.1% acetic acid solution, a DAD detector was used with a flow rate of 1.0mL/min and a detection wavelength of 250nm. The standard working curve of Vitamin C had a good liner relation in the concentration range from 10 to 300mg/L, and the relative coefficient was 0.9999 (n = 7). The recoveries were 99.7% - 102%, the RSD were 1.30, 0.50, 0.92 and 1.21%, respectively, and the detection limit 0.009mg/L. Complying with green chemistry, the method was an accurate and rapid way to determine the content of Vitamin C in tea beverages without toxic and harmful reagents.
