摘　　要：高等院校在实现学习型社会的进程中具有广阔的空间并且肩负着巨大的历史使命。人类朝着学习型社会迈入的客观现实推动了当今教育的进一步改革,引起了学校教育的深刻反思,同时也唤起了对高校体育教学工作的积极关注。学习型社会视野下如何更好的培养学生体育学习的动力和能力,并且为其终身体育学习和终身体育锻炼进行积极的储备与保障,是高校体育教学所面对的一项重大考验。High education institutions have vast developing room and shoulder the great historical mission during the process of ap- proaching to learning society, which requires the further reform of present education system, deep rethinking of school education, as well as attract attention from people devoted to physical education. Under the vision of learning society, how to cultivate students＇ motive and ability in physical education in order to guarantee the lifelong physical learning and practice is a major issue for high education institutions.
