摘　　要：本文通过 2 0例渔船与商船碰撞事故的典型案例 ,分析了造成事故诸多因素中渔船方面的原因。并提出和探讨了商船的避让措施 ,供有关人员参考。By studying twenty typical collision cases between fisherman and merchantman, among all the accident factors the causes relative to the fisherman are analyzed in the paper. In addition, some dodge measures for the merchantmen are also put forward for reference.
