板块化课程模式解读——以重庆市组织实施“国培计划”为例

摘　　要：教育部、财政部于2010年首次在全国范围内大规模启动"中小学教师国家级培训计划"。重庆基于培养农村"种子"教师,助推城乡教育统筹发展的思路,首创了"国培计划"置换脱产"理论研修、影子研修、反思研修、实践研修"的"四板块"培训模式,在此基础上,开展了"‘国培计划’脱产研修课程模式研究———以‘反思.实践’为取向"的专项课题研究,并设计制定了《重庆市"国培计划"四板块课程体系实施方案及实施细则》。以课程建设为主题,对"国培计划"、"反思.实践"取向的板块化课程模式的宏观目标、微观结构、实施及评价标准进行解读是十分必要的。In 2010,the Ministry of Educationthe Ministry of Finance in the country for the first time launched a large-scale national training programs for primary and secondary school teachers（hereinafter referred to as ＂the national training program＂）.Based on the investigation of the training needs of the trainees in a wide range,Chong Qing first developed a mode of ＂theoretical study,shadow study,reflecting study,practical study＂,which was called by the Ministry of Education Vice Minister Liu Limin ＂Chongqing experience＂.In 2011,Chongqing used ＂plate＂ training mode to carry out a ＇national training plan＇ full-time study program mode research-oriented ＇reflection practice＇ curriculum system.This essay aims at interpreting the mode of ＂theoretical study,shadow study,reflecting study,practical study＂ curriculum system.
