草木复合中密度纤维板中试实验—原料配比及蒸煮工艺对板材物理力学性能的影响

摘　　要：进行了不同原料配比、不同蒸煮工艺的草木原料混合热磨中试实验,利用脲醛树脂胶对不同条件下所磨制的纤维制造了中密度纤维板。通过测试板材各项物理力学性能,分析了草木原料的配比及蒸煮工艺对板材物理力学性能的影响。提出了工业化生产草木复合中密度纤维板的若干建议。The pilot experiment of wood and straw refining together in different raw material ratio and different steaming conditions was carried out. Compound fibers were made of MDF with UF. The influence of the ratio of raw materials and cooking conditions on the panel＇ s mechanical properties were talked, on the basis of testing panels＇ mechanical properties. Some suggestions were put forward to the industrial production of wood and straw fiber composites.
