摘　　要：专业群建设是当前高职院校深化专业改革、提高人才培养质量的重要途径。构建面向专业群特定服务域的专业人才培养方案是创新人才培养模式的首要任务。常州轻工职业技术学院塑料产品制造专业群内精细化学品生产技术专业,面向塑料产品制造领域塑料助剂生产核心岗位群的任职要求和典型工作任务,以构建"公共平台课+工程基础课程群+塑料助剂合成课程群+专业群互选模块"的课程体系为突破口,促进专业人才培养方案的整体构建。The construction of specialty group is an important way to deepen the specialty reform and improve the talents cultivation quality in current higher vocational schools.And constructing the talent cultivation program facing to particular service domain of specialty group is the first task of innovation of talents cultivation mode.Confronting with the job requirements and typical working tasks of core posts group of plastic additives production in the field of plastic products manufacturing,the fine chemicals production technology specialty within plastic production manufacturing specialty group in Changzhou Vocational and Technical College of Light Industry regard constructing the curriculum system of ＂public platform course ＋ engineering basis course group ＋ plastic additive synthesis course group ＋ specialty group mutual election module＂ as the breakthrough,so as to promote the integrative construction of talents cultivation program of specialties.
