摘 要:针对6速湿式双离合器自动变速器(Dual Clutch Transmission,DCT)产品开发,建立了包括发动机转矩模型、DCT动力学模型和整车纵向动力学模型在内的湿式DCT系统动力学模型,综合考虑换挡时间、冲击度和滑摩功,提出了DCT升挡过程控制策略。利用Matlab/Simulink及Stateflow建立了DCT换挡控制仿真模型,通过50%节气门开度下1挡升2挡过程的仿真实验,对所建模型及提出的换挡控制策略进行了验证。仿真结果表明所建立的湿式DCT系统动力学模型正确,换挡控制策略合理可行。In order to develop a 6-speed wet dual clutch transmission(DCT),the dynamics model of the wet DCT system including the torque model of engine,the dynamics model of DCT,and the longitudinal dynamics model of vehicle was established.By taking into consideration of the shift time,the shift jerk,and the friction work together,an up-shift control strategy for the torque and the engine speed of the wet DCT was put forward.The simulation model of gear-shift process of the wet DCT was built by using the Matlab / Simulink and Stateflow platform.Taking the up-shift from the gear position 1 to the gear position 2 under 50% throttle opening as an example,the dynamics model and the shift control strategy were validated.The simulation results show that dynamics model of the wet DCT system is correct and the shift control strategy is reasonable and practicable.
