摘  要:目的了解副溶血性弧菌在内陆地区污染状况,揭示其毒力基因分布特征,为科学有效地控制副溶血性弧菌引起的食品安全风险提供依据。方法采集荆州市市售水产品及其环境标本,进行副溶血性弧菌分离鉴定,对分离到的副溶血性弧菌进行tlh、trh、tdh、ureC和T3SS2(vsC2、vcrD2)等基因实验室检测,对结果进行统计分析。结果共采集360份样品,副溶血性弧菌检出率22.50%(81/360),其中海产品的检出率最高,为31.28%(56/179),淡水产品检出率16.42%(11/67),二者比较差异有统计学意义(0.01<P<0.05);超市副溶血性弧菌检出率26.60%(50/188),高于农贸市场阳性率18.02%(31/172);每月副溶血性弧菌阳性率从3.33%到36.67%之间,不同月份之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);81株食源性和环境分离株tlh基因全部阳性,其余基因均未检出。结论地处内陆的荆州市市售水产品副溶血性弧菌的污染严重,主要毒力基因携带率低(副溶血性弧菌通过养殖水、物表等中间环节),从海产品污染到淡水产品;tlh基因可以用于副溶血性弧菌的检测鉴定。Objective To investigate the contamination of Vibrio Parahaemolyticus in inland markets,and reveal the distribution of its virulent genes,so as to provide basis for the effective control of food safety risk caused by Vp.Methods Samples of marketing aquatic products and their environment were collected in Jingzhou city,and Vp was islaoted,identificated,and their virulent genes were analyzed for tlh,trh,tdh,UreC and T3SS2(vsC2,vcrD2).Results Three hundred and sixty samples were collected,and 81 samples were detected for Vp,the total proportion was 22.50%,among which the detection proportion was the highest in marine products 31.28%(56 /179),while it was 16.42%(11 /67) in freshwater products.,There was significant difference between two kinds of products(0.01 P 0.05);The detection rate in supermarkets was 26.60%(50 /188),higher than those of farmers' markets rate,18.02%(31 /172).The monthly detection rate of Vp was from 3.33% to 36.67%,there was significant difference in different months(= 31.398,P 0.01);The tlh gene in 81 isolates derived from food and environments was detected and positive,and the remaining genes were not found.Conclusions This study revealed the prevalence of Vp with low diversity virulence genes in the aquatic products in markets in Jingzhou city,an inland city of China;It revealed Vp's route of transmission from marine products to freshwater products which was through some intermediate links,such as farming water and products' surface etc;the tlh gene can be used for the detection and identification of Vp.
