摘  要:用全纳教育理念指导农业职业培训,是职业教育社会化的一种尝试,也是现代职业教育的发展趋势。尝试中提倡容纳所有学习者,反对歧视排斥,体现教育培训的公平、公正。农业高职院校在快速发展的基础上,应深入理解、融入扩展了的全纳教育理念,用全纳教育的原则指导农业职业教育培训工作,为助力解决"农业、农村、农民"问题和社会可持续发展服务;顺应现代教育的发展趋势,结合院校工作实际,积极探索、实践全纳教育理念,推进职业教育社会化,实现人口素质和生活质量的整体提高,为我国建设生态、经济、政治、文化、社会五位一体发展的社会主义强国出力。Inclusive education is a new educational concept and process, and it is the development trend tor education in the world. It advocates the inclusion of all students, opposes discrimination and exclusion, embodies fairness and justice of modern and fu- turistic education, and reflects the existing demands of the common people for education at different levels and with high quality. For agricultural vocational colleges, good issues worthy of considering include : how to deeply understand and absorb the expanded concept of inclusive education, how to guide educational training with the principles of inclusive education to provide the society with sustain- able development services, how to comply with the development trend of global education and which fields to explore current based on their own foundations of development. Proaetive exploration and practice of the concept of inclusive education are of great practical sig- nificance to promoting the upgrading and advancing of knowledge and cultural structures of the society, the economic development and the overall improvement of population quality and quality of life.
