摘  要:文章针对生产过程自动化技术专业人才培养目标和职业面向,提出了"工学交替、三层三贯穿"人才培养模式。高等职业教育人才培养模式包括培养目标、课程体系、教学体系和评价体系几个方面,在介绍了专业培养目标和职业面向之后,重点阐述了"三层三贯穿"的内在含义,详细说明了项目化课程建设思路与途径、项目化课程体系和教学体系的构建。实践证明,按照该模式培养的学生专业技能强、综合素质好、就业质量高,实现了与企业的零距离对接。"Engineering and learning alternation as well as three abilities fitting in job" talent training pattern is proposed based on training objectives and career orientation of the production process automation technology profession. Higher vocational education per- sonnel training mode is comprised of training objectives, curriculum system, teaching system and evaluation system. The professional training objectives and career orientation are introduced in the article. The implication of "engineering and learning Alternation as well as three abilities fitting in job" is emphasized strongly. The thinking and approach of the construction of the project curriculum is de- scribed, as well as the course system and teaching system of the construction of the project. Practices show that according to the talent training pattern, the professional skills of students, the comprehensive quality and employment quality are improved and the distance with the enterprise is shortened.
