摘  要:在国内外教师教育高层次化发展的今天,五年制师范学校在小学教师培养方面办学历史悠久,招生制度独特,师范特色鲜明,坚持面向小学。该类学校今后要与时俱进改革发展,积极争取各级政府的政策支持,明确培养目标改革课程结构,努力建设一支高水平的师资队伍,尽快提升办学层次优化培养模式。Nowadays, with the higher-level development trend of teacher education both at home and abroad, the five-year normal school, which has a long history, unique enrollment system and characteristics of normal education in primary school teacher training, has been adhering to the primary school. In the future, this kind of schools should keep pace with the times, advance the reform and development, actively strive for all levels of government policy support, clearly define the training objectives and reform the curriculum structure. Furthermore, it should make great efforts to train higher level teachers and enhance the optimization of training modes for multi-level schooling soon.
