摘  要:目的探讨社会支持在高职院校教师工作压力与职业倦怠关系中的作用。方法采用问卷调查的方式对205名高职教师进行工作压力、社会支持和职业倦怠状况测评。结果高职教师主要压力来自科研与教学要求、学校管理、学生因素、工作负荷、自身发展和职业保障等六个方面;工作压力与职业倦怠呈明显正相关,社会支持中的主观支持和支持利用度均与职业倦怠呈明显负相关,它们在工作压力与职业倦怠之间起着调节作用。结论工作压力对高职教师职业倦怠有重要影响;压力越大,出现职业倦怠的可能性也越大,但通过增强主观支持和提高支持利用度可以缓解工作压力的负面作用。Objective To explore the moderating effect of social support on relationship between job stress and job burnout among teachers in vocational colleges. Methods 205 teachers were surveyed in vocational colleges with the job stress questionnaire, social support questionnaire and job burnout questionnaire. Results The main sources of job stress were from the requirement of teaching and scientific research, college management system, workload, student related factors, self- development and job security among teachers in vocational colleges; the total score of job stress was significantly positive correlated with the total score of job burnout; the score of subjective support and that of availability of support were respectively negative correlated with the total score of job burnout; the effect of job stress on job burnout was moderated by subjective support and availability of support. Conclusion our findings suggest that there is a significant effect of job stress on job burnout among teachers in vocational colleges. There are more likely to be job burnout with the greater job stress, while this effect may be buffered by the enhancing social support.
